Our history
DoctoFlow was founded with a clear vision: to pave the way for Western doctors to enter the healthcare sector in the United Arab Emirates. What started as a small consultancy firm has grown into a leading specialist in medical licensing and physician recruitment in the UAE.
- Our founders recognised early on the challenges that Western medical professionals face in their desire to practice in Dubai and the UAE: complex licensing procedures, cultural differences and practical hurdles when relocating. From this realisation, DoctoFlow was born - a company dedicated to simplifying this process.
- Today, we are proud to have helped hundreds of doctors succeed in their careers in the UAE, while supporting the Emirati healthcare system by placing highly qualified Western professionals.
